Trial Class & Refund Policy
We believe that effective learning begins with the right fit and a clear commitment from both students and families. To support this, we have established the following policy:
- First Class as a Trial Session
The first class serves as a trial to help students and parents understand the course content, teaching style, and learning pace.
If after the first class the student feels the course is not a good fit and does not wish to continue, parents may notify us promptly and a refund will be issued. - Formal Course Period
Once the family confirms continuation after the trial class, the course enters its formal learning phase.
Starting from the second class, tuition is generally non-refundable.
Refund Amount & Processing Fees
In the event of a refund, any non-refundable processing or transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers (such as credit card processors) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Why This Policy?
Learning programming requires consistency, focus, and time.
The trial class allows families to make an informed decision with minimal risk.
After that decision is made, a learning commitment helps students achieve better outcomes and allows instructors to plan instruction effectively.
Communication & Support
During the trial class, we closely observe each student’s engagement and comfort level.
Parents are encouraged to communicate any concerns or questions, and we will do our best to provide appropriate support and reasonable adjustments when possible.
课程退课与退款政策

试课与退款政策
我们重视每位学生是否真正适合并愿意投入学习，因此设立了清晰的试课与学习承诺机制。
- 第一节课为试课
第一节课用于帮助孩子和家长了解课程内容、教学方式及课堂节奏。
如果孩子在第一节课结束后明确觉得课程不适合、不希望继续学习，家长可在课后及时联系我们，我们支持退款。 - 正式课程阶段
一旦家长与孩子在试课后确认继续学习，课程将进入正式学习阶段。
从第二节课开始，课程费用一般不予退还。
关于退款金额说明
如发生退款，第三方支付平台（如信用卡公司或支付服务商）已收取的交易处理费用属于不可退还费用。
退款金额将在扣除相关处理费用后，原路退回至原支付方式。
为什么这样设置？
编程学习需要持续投入与稳定节奏。
通过试课机制，家长和孩子可以在无风险的情况下做出是否继续的决定；
而在确认继续学习后，我们希望孩子能够建立基本的学习承诺，以获得更好的学习效果，也便于老师进行系统化教学安排。
沟通与支持
在试课阶段，我们会特别关注孩子的课堂体验与参与情况。
如有任何不适应或疑问，欢迎家长及时与我们沟通，我们会尽力在合理范围内进行教学调整，帮助孩子顺利进入学习状态。
