不少朋友询问如何在Treasury Direct 上开户，以便自己通过电脑网络就能够直接进行国债买卖，现简单介绍如下:

第一步：登陆美国官方购买债券的网站：http://www.treasurydirect.gov

自己个人购买的话，选择第一个Individual/Personal,按绿色的Enter.

第二步：进入 http://www.treasurydirect.gov/indiv/indiv.htm 页面在左栏，选＂Open an Account"

第三步：进入 http://www.treasurydirect.gov/indiv/indiv_open.htm 页面 Choose an Application 选 Individual "Go"

第四步：进入 https://www.treasurydirect.gov/RS/BPDLogin?application=rscreate&page=rscreate 页面

开帐户需要的材料如下:

Social Security Number (Taxpayer Identification Number)
Driver's License Number or State ID and Expiration Date
Bank Routing Number and Account Number (The checking or savings account you'd like to use to set up your TreasuryDirect account.)
E-mail Address
A browser that supports 128-bit encryption (Here's a couple of links if you need an upgrade to IE 5.01 or later and Netscape 6.2 or later).

第五步：进入 https://www.treasurydirect.gov/RS/RSGatewayRW 页面

填写个人开户信息。需要提供：姓名，生日，家庭地址，社安号或者税号，驾驶执照，本人银行的银行号和帐号。Submit 即可。
